		<description>I agree, Alain, and actually the current logic *does* work that way.  For example, if you set your province and &quot;QC&quot; in your settings, your daily listings will automatically exclude any contests that are not open to Quebec residents.

This logic is only as good as the data that is entered for the contests, so there will be cases where we missed the Quebec restriction or entered the wrong province.  If you see cases like that, please feel free to click the &quot;Correction&quot; button and make the appropriate changes.</description>
